Blog #3

In this post, I will be presenting my findings from two companies’ “keyword” searches through 3 separate methods. Here I will break down my findings for Code3:

Method 1 – I have used HOTHTOOLS to find what words show when searching the link to the website. The word I chose was “code3” as the # of searches was relatively low compared to the other words and the volume was higher than others. Then I searched this word in a free keyword generator and gathered these three keywords: code3, code3 agency, what is code3?

Method 2 – In this method, I will be searching for trendy keywords using the free keyword generator from Method 1 and Google Trends. I first entered “code3” as my keyword in Google Trends and the results showed that South Dakota was the subregion that showed the most interest, and the main topics related were, “Code3, Discounts and allowances, and Code”. I then took “Code3” from Google Trends and entered it into the free keyword search to find that “code3 agency, and code3” were the top words to use for content.

Method 3 – In this method, I started in Google Ads where they showed me the main keyword is “code3 marketing”. Then putting that into the free keyword generator shows you a handful of words to use, for example, “code3 marketing, and code3 marketing opportunities/strategies.” These keywords are great opportunities to write content about to increase how many people can find your company.
